Evidential mediumship is a form of spirit communication where a trained medium connects with your departed loved ones and brings through specific, verifiable evidence to confirm their presence - showing that they continue to exist beyond the physical world.

I’m Jaclyn da Silva, a professional Evidential Psychic Medium, Certified Usui Reiki Practitioner, and Intuitive Energy Healer based in San Diego, California—and a mom of three.
My journey into mediumship began unexpectedly when I heard Spirit tell me, “You are a medium. You are meant to be doing mediumship.” From that moment, I immersed myself in understanding and developing the ability I had discovered, spending years training and studying with internationally recognized mediums.
Today, I work through all of my intuitive senses—clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance—to connect with loved ones in Spirit and bring forward specific evidence, memories, and messages that reflect who they are.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and evidence-first, with a deep commitment to integrity and ethical practice. It is an honor to do this work and to help create moments of connection, validation, and healing for the people who trust me with their loved ones.
